We have rooms to hire in Central Manchester, South Manchester and Sale. Prices start at £7 per hour*. You can hire one room for a minimum of two hours, a whole building for a day, and pretty much anything in between! Our biggest room is the main hall at Central Manchester, which has a capacity of 300.

*The cost of room hire at an hourly rate is rounded up to the nearest whole hour.

All meeting houses except Eccles have tea/coffee available, plus kitchen facilities. Central Manchester has catering available too. Other meeting houses may let you bring in your own catering.

Discounts are available for regular room users, and Central Manchester and Sale have storage facilities at a small charge. Ask when booking your room.

Equipment is available at all meeting houses, with more facilities available in central Manchester. There is a small charge to hire equipment. Tables and chairs are always included at no extra cost.

Public transport and car parking information is on each individual meeting house page (use the links at the top). There are maps and postcodes too.

All meeting houses have some wheelchair access and a disabled toilet - South Manchester has disabled access throughout. Central Manchester, Eccles and Sale also have a hearing loop.

All meeting houses except Central Manchester have a garden.

We hire rooms to all sorts of people and organisations for all types of events. We do ask all our room users to respect our policies of keeping the meeting houses safe, respectful and free of alcohol and gambling. We reserve the right to refuse bookings by groups whose aims may be in conflict with the Quaker testimonies.
