Room hire prices

Room hire prices are the same for the meeting room and for the tea room. The meeting room has a capacity of 75 and the tearoom a capacity of 24 around tables or 40 without tables.

Prices listed below are per room (each room is the same price) and relate to the current year. They are reviewed annually and may be subject to an increase from 1 January next year.

• £62.75 full day (morning and afternoon)
• £41 morning or afternoon
• £25.25 evening

You can hire a flipchart and/or screen for £5 each per session (morning, afternoon or evening).

The garden is free to use.

We regret we cannot offer kitchen or catering facilities, but you are welcome to bring in your own catering. Our warden can suggest suitable companies - call 0161 789 1560 to discuss.
