Room hire prices

Room hire prices are the same for the meeting room and for the tea room. The meeting room has a capacity of 40 and the tearoom a capacity of 24 around tables.

Prices are listed below and relate to the current year. They are reviewed annually and may be increased from 1 January next year.

MONDAY to FRIDAY
for one room (each room is the same price)

• £70.00 full day (morning and afternoon)
• £40.00 half day (i.e. morning OR afternoon)
• £35.00 evening

for the whole meeting house (both rooms and the foyer outside the meeting room)

• £120.00 full day (morning and afternoon)
• £70.00 half day (i.e. morning OR afternoon)
• £60.00 evening

for the Garden Room

• £40.00 full day (morning and afternoon)
• £20.00 half day (i.e. morning OR afternoon)
• £15.00 evening

SATURDAY
for one room (each room is the same price)

• £90 full day (morning and afternoon)
• £50 half day (i.e. morning OR afternoon)
• £50 evening

for the whole meeting house (both rooms and the foyer outside the meeting room)

• £155.00 full day (morning and afternoon)
• £85.00 half day (i.e. morning OR afternoon)
• £85.00 evening

for the Garden Room

• £50.00 full day (morning and afternoon)
• £25.00 half day (i.e. morning OR afternoon)
• £20.00 evening

We can supply hot drinks for groups at £0.75 per person.

You can hire a flipchart and/or screen for £5 each per day.

The garden is free to use.

We regret we cannot offer kitchen or food/catering facilities (though you are welcome to bring in your own catering).
