Equipment hire
Chairs and folding tables will be set up for you in the layout required, included with your room hire.
The following equipment can be hired - prices are per hour:
- DVD or Video Player - £6
- DVD or Video Player and Monitor - £14
- Slide projector - £8
- Overhead projector - £8
- Flipchart - £8
- PA system (main hall only) - £12
- Radio microphone - £17
- Piano - £35 (daytime), £16 (evening)
The equipment below is priced per session. A session is morning, afternoon or evening.
- Laptop computer - £12
- Data projector - £35
These rates relate to the current year and are reviewed annually. They may be subject to an increase from 1 January next year.
If your organisation uses the meeting house on a regular basis, you can hire a locker for £15 a year.
