Friends Meeting House in central Manchester has 7 rooms for hire, plus a large conference hall and a concourse. Prices start at £7 per hour (minimum 2 hours) and there’s no VAT to pay.

We offer a friendly, efficient service and competitive prices. Discounts are available for regular room users, and for large events.

There is disabled access throughout the meeting house except to Room 5 (one step) and the balconies in the main hall. A warden may be required to let you in the basement if you use a wheelchair (there is separate access).

Rooms are available to hire in the daytime and evening, 7 days a week (afternoon/evening only on Sunday) and can be booked for morning, afternoon or evening sessions or by the hour (minimum 2 hours) if booked less than one month in advance or at weekends. Catering is available, from tea and coffee to buffet lunches. You can also use the kitchen in the evening or at weekends.

Conference equipment is available.
